Greetings! I’m an acoustic engineer, behavioral ecologist, and sometimes sound artist based in Berkeley, CA. I study the sounds of our planet and its inhabitants. I also make art about it, mostly interactive installations involving sound and other kinds of waves. The whole point of all of this is joyful exploration. Hopefully, while I’m at it, I’ll become a better listener, keep asking better questions, and, if I’m lucky, make or discover something that lets people delight a little more in the world around us.
